About Health 2021:

4th International Conference on Healthcare and Health Management, condensed as Health 2021, is a two-day gathering of world-renowned medical practitioners, professors, researchers and experts of about 22 health and medical disciplines on June 11-12, 2021 at Amsterdam, Netherlands. The theme of this meeting is ‘Interventions of Health System in Patient Care Delivery during Covid 19 Crisis’ and the specialties hand-picked for discussion are Public Health and Epidemiology , Global Healthcare Economics,  Mental Health and Psychology, General Surgery,  Obstetrics and Gynecology, Oncology and Cancer Diagnosis, Cardiology and Heart Stroke, Infectious Diseases,  Diabetes and Metabolism, Oral Health and Dentistry, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and Eye Diseases, Primary Care in Nursing,  Pediatrics, Neurology and its Disorders, Sports Medicine, Healthcare Management.

Note: Only registration does not include accommodation. Best Speaker Award

Speakers are an integral part of a conference and they decide the dimension of the event. A conference’s success is majorly decided by the speakers the conference has. Allied Academies is proud to present the Best Speaker Award to a rightfully deserving speaker who shows exemplary presentation skills, interacts with the audience, owns the moment and adds an important dimension to the conference proceedings. Their presentation, body language, soft skills, research information and audience engagements are all taken into account. Each speaker is crucially evaluated by the Organizing Committee Members and unanimously selected as the best speaker.

Best Keynote Award

A keynote talk is delivered to set the underlying tone and summarize the core message or most important topic of the conference. A Keynote Speaker should be able to catch the essence of the gathering and be able to highlight it to the audience in a period of about 40 minutes. Best Keynote Award is presented to someone who is well known for their expertise and delivers a beneficial plenary talk to the attendees. Judged on the audience engagement and field expertise, keynotes must possess great soft skills to set them apart from the normal speakers.

Best Poster Presentation Award

This competition is open to all students, graduates, post graduates and research scholars (not above the age of 35). Not only the visuals of the poster, but the presentation skills of the presenter are also taken into account for winning the Best Poster Presentation Award. Poster Competition is organized at Allied Academies to encourage students and recent graduates to present their original research in the form of a poster which is easily viewable and open for all to perceive and question. Allied Academies aims at acknowledging all the budding scientists and researchers to present their real-time work related to the theme of the conference.

Young Scientist Award

Young investigators are the focus of this award. The Young Researchers Forum is a platform exclusively for the young generation of researchers. It offers young researchers the possibility to discuss research topics and develop ideas, learn from each other and gain acknowledgment from experienced researchers. These presentations are of 20 minutes duration in related scientific track followed by 5 minutes Q&A. Most comprehensive and dynamic talk will receive the Young Scientist Award.

Best Video Presentation Award

Video Presentation is sent in by candidates who are not able to make it to the conference but would like to spread the word of their research. Anybody who is interested to contribute to the conference is eligible for video presentation. Video presentation will be played at the conference in their respective session and the presenter can be connected via photographs. We do not fail to acknowledge their effort and recognize the best entry with a Best Video Presentation Award.

Terms and Conditions

Responsibility

The organizers hold no responsibilities or liabilities of the personal articles of attendees at the venue against any kind of theft, loss, damage, due to any reason whatsoever. Delegates are entirely responsible for the safety of their own belongings.

Insurance

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.

Transportation

Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking.

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party nonprofit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of the complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact health@alliedtalk.com to request a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of the event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of the participant.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to the Program Manager(health@alliedtalk.com). You may contact the supporting team at +442037691755 Ext 5041 as well.

If due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within a period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 

Postponement of event

If due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within a period of one year from the date of rescheduling.

Transfer of registration

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to the Program Manager. You may contact the supporting team at +442037691755 Ext 5041 as well. Details must include the full name of the replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service fee.
  • Within 60 days of Conference: Not eligible for refund
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
